It is awesome!
Great reading
As someone who has read quite a few books on Norse mythology, I found this to be a decent introduction to Ragnarök, but not one of the stronger titles I've read. The book is easy to follow and does a good job making Norse mythology accessible to new readers. The narrative style and lessons at the end of each section help keep the material engaging. However, readers who are already familiar with the myths may find the content somewhat simplified and lacking the depth found in more comprehensive works. While I enjoyed it, I didn't come away with many new insights.Overall, it's a solid choice for beginners, but experienced readers may find better books on the subject.
Great read. Love all three.
AWESOME!!!! They were what l wanted
Easy read, clear to understand.
A very well written book.
Great Read! From start to finish I almost couldn't put it down.
Great educational read! Highly enjoyed this one. Norse mythology is my favorite and I even learned new things from this.
I felt as if I were sitting around a fire listening to a skilled Skald telling the tales of Ragnarok.A very to follow story of heroes, sacrifice and renewal! I was saddened and also inspired. I've tried to read other stories about Ragnarok, but they were so hard to follow and even boring. I read this book easily in one night and was wanting more! I know I will read this several times and would love hear his on audiobook. I know I need to reread the first two books in this great series!
Like the other book it’s well written and easy to follow. It’s also entertaining and easy to stay involved in!
Great book
Such a great read, I didn’t think it’d beat the first book but it did! Highly recommend if you love Norse Mythology!
A great addition to my kids' and my collection. It helped springboard ideas for thier creative writing and our conversations about other cultures. We appreciated the arc copy very much.
This truly was enlightening. Easy to read.
I really enjoyed this book. It had a lot of information about Ragnarök, but it was written in a way that made it easy to follow and understand without feeling overwhelming. I liked how it was broken into sections and told from different points of view — it kept things interesting and made the stories feel more alive.Overall, it was an enjoyable read and a great choice for anyone who wants to learn more about Norse mythology without getting lost in overly complicated details.
It’s just like it sounds: a simplistic review of Ragnarok. It was a great read and I love how the book is narrated by different points of view. I would highly recommend it to everyone, a beginner or someone reading it as a basic review of Norse mythology. I enjoyed immensely. Great read. Thanks!!!
The author does a really good job of simplifying the concepts behind Ragnarok and the events the lead up to the event. I was really happy to read the aftermath of the war and the rebuilding of the realms. Each chapter is from the point of view of certain people and gives the affair a different feel. It was a good read.
